Mumbai and Kolkata are among the top 10 cities that have become vulnerable to natural calamities due to climate change, says a report by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The report says: "Mumbai has the highest number of people exposed to coastal flooding. But by 2070, Kolkata will be the most vulnerable, with the exposed population expected to increase over seven times to more than 14 million people." Read On
